Samurai Girls has a lot of action and is a beautiful anime. There is a lot of shipping, and there are also a lot of sexy scenes. It's a fantasy but the animation is stunning with a beautiful water color, calligraphy look to it.
The story starts off with a naked girl falling out of the sky into Muneakira's arms and her kiss awakens some unknown power that protects them from danger. Soon the school is overrun with mysterious girls and a threat that will shake Great Japan to its core.
Muneakira, the male protagonist of the story and a Master Samurai, is the main character. He has the uncanny ability to create more Master Samurai, a power that manifests when he and the naked girl from the sky kissed. Since then, he has gained six additional Master Samurai using this power.
Jubei is a sweet and innocent character that resembles a child. She is airheaded and often refers to herself in third person. She can transform into a Master Samurai without saying a word, and her attacks are usually lightning or thunder.
Gisen is a hotblooded and honorable warrior that likes fighting strong opponents. She has a perverse side that shows when she's around Muneakira. Her nickname is a result of her love for Mucchan, a boyish character. She also has artificial ears as a result of her imperfect resurrection.
