In addition to her acting, Rose is a singer and has a range of endorsement deals. She is also involved with charity work, notably her work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Services Corporation. She has also worked closely with the Yakama Tribal Council in order to raise awareness of the environmental impact Hanford. This included highlighting the fact that traditional hunting and gathering methods, such as digging up roots, can expose peoples to radioactive contamination.
