Paulina Jaimes, a Mexican artist who is still in her early stages of development, is considered to be one of the most important emerging artists. Her figurative paintings have a brutal character and present the human condition as an inevitably fragile subject, capturing and psychologically penetrating the spectator. Her paintings are characterized by the simulation of violent and emotional expressions, between defragmenting brushstrokes, showing the vulnerable condition of the body before an unexpectedly unstable environment. Her works are included in the Milenio Art Collection promoted by the newspaper, "Milenio", and she was selected to take part in the XVIII edition Rufino Tamayo painting Biennial.

She is currently located in Mexico, where she works as a Gerente Commercial at Plant Site. She has been working in this position since 2021. Previously, she worked at DHL Express Mexico and El Puerto de Liverpool. She studied at the National School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving “La Esmeralda” of the National Institute of Fine Arts of Mexico.
